It’s been…awhile…since I last said hello. Apologies for the lack of regular posting over here recently, but it’s for a good reason, I promise! I’ve been busy prepping for the brand-new classes I’ll be teaching for Uplift Studio (formerly Rogue Female Fitness) starting on April 1st! I also wanted to share with you a cool workout idea I saw on Vital Juice‘s daily email today: the Deck of Cards Workout. I’m not sure how I’ve never heard of this before, but I love this idea! Go read up on how to do it – all you need is a deck of cards, and you can use it to get in a great workout at home or in the gym! Definitely give this a try if your workout has been feeling a little stale lately. And if you end up liking this “free” version, then maybe you’ll also want to buy a FitDeck to mix things up even more.
